All packages are subject to customs inspection and clearance. Before sending any mail or packages, please do not include any of the items listed Here. Customs clearance laws are also changed each year.

National Authentication System (NAS) acts as a National Identity provider for all government services. It provides a secure authentication, digital signing and Single Sign On (SSO) services.

You can visit www.nas.gov.qa and register using your valid Qatar ID. Once your account is activated, you can use it to login for all government e-services

Turkish Souq Enquiries

Turkish Souq is an online shop that gives you access to shop from Turkey while you reside in Qatar.

Turkish Souq currently offers more than 300.000 different items ready to be delivered to your door step. We, as Turkish Souq, are dedicated to offer consumers competitive prices and products with high quality and best delivery service levels in the region.

No, you don’t need to have a membership to use Turkish Souq.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to Qatar.

Currently, only Qatari issued Visa and/or MasterCard credit cards are accepted for payment on Turkish Souq.

Your order will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days starting from your payment date. You will be notified via e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey.

You will receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of your payment and another separate e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey.

We just apply a fixed tariff for shipping as QAR 50 per order, regardless of the number of items in a single order.

No worries! We have a 7 Day Free Return policy. Goods can be returned for free within 7 days of receiving your package from Turkish Souq.

If you would like to return an item you have purchased from Turkish Souq, kindly follow the instructions below:

1. To return the shipment, properly repackage the item including all the original accessories

2. Fill out the information stated on the return form

3. Bring the package to the General Post Office building – Packages Desk (Building 25, Zone 60, Street Number 865, West Bay, Doha, Qatar)

4. Place the return label on the package

5. Send back the package to the address assigned for returns (pre-printed on the enclosed return form)

6. Allow 10 business days for the package to be returned

7. Items can also be returned partially. (i.e. A customer can return 1 or 2 items out of a-5-itemed-order if necessary)

8. Accepting return through a counter does not guarantee any refunds or exchanges unless approved by the corresponding merchant/seller in Turkey.

Once the confirmation is submitted from the merchant in Turkey, stating that the package is well received and is eligible for a refund, Turkish Souq team will lead the remaining process.

The amount you have paid for your order will be charged back directly to the credit card used for purchasing. No alternative refunding methods will be applied; such as cash, cheque or other money transfers. Please allow Turkish Souq team 10 business days to complete the refunding process and charge back the amount to your credit card.

Following the completion of the Free Return Period (7 days), standard tariff will be applied for shipping in-line with the pricing rates for Turkey, derived on weight. The remaining process will remain as it is:

1. Properly repackage the item including all the original accessories

2. Fill out the information stated on the return form

3. Bring the package to the General Post Office building (Building 25, Zone 60, Street Number 865, West Bay, Doha, Qatar)

If you received a damaged item or an item with defects, you can return your package by filling out the Return Form and handing over your package and the Return Form to the General Post Office. Once the confirmation is received from the merchant in Turkey, your item will be well returned and will be eligible for a refund.

As for the food that arrives corrupt, the refund cannot be processed and refunds will be made.

Since we can only offer Home delivery, the below mentioned details are mandatory:

Once your item arrives to Doha, it will be delivered to you within 2 business days.

You will receive an e-mail containing the confirmation of your payment and another separate e-mail once your order departs from our warehouse in Turkey. Additionally, during the delivery process in Qatar, a Qatar Post driver will contact you to arrange the timing for your delivery.

Turkish Souq does not offer insurance for deliveries. For lost or damaged items, a refund is offered within 10 business days starting from the claim of the customer (if applicable).

Kindly be informed about our delivery procedure if we cannot reach the customer during the distribution process:

First attempt: We will contact you via e-mail to reschedule the delivery.

Second attempt: Your order will be returned to the GPO (Available for pick up within 30 days).

Global Standard

Global Standard is an international mail/parcel (shipments that take more than one month) shipping service to more than 160 countries worldwide.

Customers can send mail (letters) up to 2Kg and parcels up to 30Kg.

The Standard mail/parcel cannot be tracked, but for an additional fees of QR 8 (stamp value and not for shipment follow-up) Mail is registered and tracked.

Registered mail is postal service which allows sender proof of mailing upon request and a signed proof of delivery upon delivery.

It is the registered shipments followed by a tracking number and allow the customer to follow up the shipment until it reaches the desired location and allows the employee to track it on the computer system.

Possible in the case of customer request (information department)

There is no refund after the invoice is issued.

Global Express (EMS)

Global Express mail is designed to give you swift shipping solutions for mail that needs to get where it needs to be in a quick and secure way to more than 190 countries and territories worldwide.

All Global Express shipments can be tracked online.

The Global Express shipment is delivered to the destination address as part of the service.

The sender receives proof of delivery once he ask for it.

Shipment can only be canceled before it has been shipped. Once shipped out, the shipment can’t be canceled.

There is no refund on a cancelation of the shipment.

Hold and Home Delivery

Hold Mail request may be submitted by anyone at an eligible address. The Hold Mail is for a particular address requested by the official receiver of the mail

Online: Please visit Qatar Post website or Mobile App to submit a request online. You will need to sign in or create an account to begin an online Hold Mail request

Mail can be placed on hold for a maximum of 30 days

The Hold Mail charges are QAR 1 per day per item

Yes, you can pick up the Hold Mail at anytime within the Hold Mail requested period. Once the mail item(s) are collected the Hold service will be cancelled and there will be no refunded for the paid period.
